Presencia keeps three things separate, each with its own time, so anyone can see how understanding changed.
What did the learner say then?
The learner’s own words stay exactly as they were said, with the moment they were said. Nothing later edits them.
What had the system recorded then?
A helper’s suggestion keeps its own label and time: generated, not adopted, until the learner chooses to keep it.
How do we understand it now?
A later reading sits beside the earlier one, dated and marked as recorded later. It never rewrites what was known then.
