What this site keeps

In plain words: while you browse, nothing. If you register, only what you typed, only to invite you.

While you browse

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Its fonts and images are served from this site, not from other companies.

The learning story and the family demo run entirely in your browser. Your choices are not sent anywhere, and they are cleared when you finish or reload the page.

The family demo never uses a microphone or camera. Sound plays only if the adult turns it on.

If you register

The join form sends what you type: your name, email, the language you prefer, how you are joining, and that you confirmed you are 18 or older. It also notes which language the page was in.

These details are stored by Netlify, the company that hosts this site, and read only by the Presencia team. We use them to invite you to sessions and for nothing else.

We never send them to an AI model, never sell them, and never share them with anyone else.

We delete registrations we no longer need, and at the latest twelve months after you send one.

Removing your registration

Use the removal form at the bottom of the Join page with the email you registered. We delete the registration by hand.

Server records

Like any website, the host receives technical details when a page is requested, such as an IP address and the time. Netlify may keep short-lived server logs to run and protect the service. We do not use them to identify or follow visitors.

Children

This site is written for adults. The join form is for people 18 or older, and nothing on the site asks for information about a child.

Every person in the demos is fictional. Nothing here is a real learner’s record.

Changes

If this page changes, the date above changes with it. A change will never apply to details you sent before it without asking you first.
